Dissolved, the far-right group Lyon Populaire "will not appeal"

Informed on April 28 of its dissolution, the far-right movement declared that it would not refer the matter to the Council of State, preferring to "invest time and money in other battles."
Lyon Populaire has drawn a line under the legal avenue. In a statement published this Friday, May 2, the group born from the ashes of Bastion Social affirmed that it " will not appeal this unjust decision, which reveals the entire lie of this so-called rule of law ." The dissolution decree, initiated by the Minister of the Interior four days earlier, notably criticizes the collective for its " warlike rhetoric " and repeated incitement to violence; its members assure that they want to devote their resources " to concrete and useful projects on their scale ."
